By registering as a member or participant of the Kuwaiti Modern Pentathlon Club, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Membership Eligibility
You must meet the eligibility criteria set by the club for membership, which may include age restrictions or other requirements.
Registration and Fees
- Membership registration requires accurate and up-to-date information, including your full name, contact details, and any other information deemed necessary by the club.
- Membership fees, if applicable, must be paid in full and on time as specified by the club. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Code of Conduct
- Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times, both during club activities and in any interactions related to the club.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or expulsion from the club.
Liability and Waiver
Participation in club activities, including training sessions and events, involves inherent risks. By becoming a member, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree not to hold the Kuwaiti Modern Pentathlon Club, its organizers, or affiliates liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during participation.
Privacy and Data Usage
The club will collect and process your personal information as necessary for club administration and communication purposes. By becoming a member, you consent to this data usage as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Termination of Membership
The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary by the club’s management.
Amendments
The Kuwaiti Modern Pentathlon Club may update or modify these terms and conditions as needed. Members will be notified of any changes, and it is your responsibility to review and accept the updated terms to maintain your membership.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
By registering as a member or participant of the Kuwaiti Modern Pentathlon Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the revocation of your membership and participation privileges.
